The Role


We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at our Port Augusta Park with flexibility to work across a 7 day roster. You will be responsible for providing buffet/smorgasbord meals for guests residing at the Park for a mixture of breakfast and dinner shifts. As a key member of the team you will have excellent presentation and knowledge of OHS as well as HACCP food safety programs.



What we're looking for


In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous Chef experience and cooking in a similar environment
  • Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking
  • Proven experience in electronic purchase ordering and cost management
  • Proven experience in planning and developing menus
  • Proven ability to work within a team
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene      
  • Reservation Booking system experience desirable, and basic administration and computer skills
  • Current Drivers Licence.



A competitive rate will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
