About the Role

This role will support the growth of Discovery Parks’ multi-site Revenue Strategy to grow our customer base, brand and distribution footprint, by enabling our revenue Partners to work more effectively with Discovery Parks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support distribution partnerships
  • Responsible for Rate Loading (RMS & Newbook)
  • Responsible in updating Room Configurations
  • Managing Content & Mapping of OTAs’/ITOs
  • Responsible for loading promotions into RMS and OTA’s.
  • Assisting in Loading Events in Ideas
  • Responsible in Loading content in ATDW
  • The position works with the Senior Revenue Manager and the Regional Revenue Managers to support in administrative task


Skills & Experience

The successful professional will enable systems set up, loading of inventory and rates, mapping and updating of RMS, Siteminder (Channel Manager) and GDS, update content in distribution systems templates and loading specials into third party systems.

To perform end-to-end distributions system audits to ensure accuracy of availability, rates, inventory and content.

  • Ideally come from a reservations background.
  • High level of energy and motivation and a proven track record of living the company's values.
  • A distribution expert with full knowledge of OTAs and GDS distribution.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines and serving internal and external customers.
  • Multi-property experience in both reservations and distribution.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures and standard work practices.
  • Must have working knowledge SiteMinder, OTAs Extranet, RMS.
