About the Role

The Finance Officer is a finance position that provides accounts receivable and other general financial assistance in our Adelaide Office. The position predominantly involves general ledger account reconciliations, assisting the Finance Manager and responding to any internal queries associated with designated parks or requested from management. The position requires organisation, the ability to assess the urgency or otherwise of work allocated and/or situations and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly.


Responsibilities of role include:

  • Bank and Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Petty Cash reimbursements
  • Invoicing in SAP
  • Debtors reporting


Skills & Experience

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager who will provide support, mentoring and direction as requested or required the Finance Officer will liaise with Park and Regional Managers to process weekly and monthly finances for the assigned region.  You will possess a high standard of financial and accounts skills, a high level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP Business One and RMS.
